Social Media Manager – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence for Tjcakesndesserts. The role involves planning, creating and optimizing content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Maintain a dynamic content calendar and publish high‑quality posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
• Produce engaging visual and written content, including short‑form videos, graphics and promotional copy.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates and viral formats to capitalize on timely opportunities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, conversions) using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports and refine strategies based on data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and sales teams, as well as external creators or influencers.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar social media role.
• Strong understanding of major platform algorithms and best practices.

Required skills

• Video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Canva.
• Graphic design proficiency.
• Social media analytics and reporting.
