Social Media Manager for Hotel & Apartments

About the role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to boost the online presence of a hotel and apartment property in Abuja. You will craft engaging content, manage multiple platforms, and run campaigns that attract guests and generate booking enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with marketing and booking goals.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create high‑quality photos, videos, reels, captions and promotional content showcasing rooms, amenities and guest experiences.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand identity across platforms.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages and enquiries, coordinating with sales and front office.
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns within approved budgets.
• Coordinate collaborations with influencers, content creators and partners.
• Track engagement, audience growth, enquiries and campaign performance, providing regular reports.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and guest feedback to improve content and campaigns.
• Obtain appropriate consent before publishing identifiable guest images or testimonials.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts, preferably in hospitality, travel or lifestyle.
• Portfolio demonstrating content creation skills and measurable social media results.
• Strong photography, short‑form video production, editing and copywriting abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site to capture property content and cover relevant activities.
• Knowledge of Abuja’s hospitality market is an added advantage.
