Social Media Growth & Content Executive

About the role

The Social Media Growth & Content Executive will shape the brand’s presence on Instagram and other platforms, creating premium, engaging content that drives audience interaction and sales. Working closely with the sales team, you will translate product offerings into compelling stories and manage community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars around business priorities, products and gifting occasions.
• Create, shoot and edit short‑form videos such as Reels, Stories and carousels.
• Write hooks, captions and calls‑to‑action that turn products into stories.
• Maintain a polished, premium and consistent brand aesthetic.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor Instagram Insights and other metrics to evaluate performance and inform future content.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify content that generates enquiries and sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social‑media accounts for a retail, lifestyle, gifting, fashion or beauty brand.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas independently.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Commercial awareness of how social media contributes to enquiries and sales.
• Proactive, self‑motivated approach with good communication and community‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing for short‑form content (Reels, Stories).
• Copywriting and hook creation for social media captions.
• Social‑media analytics interpretation using Instagram Insights.
