Social Media Executive

About the role

Visioneers is looking for a creative Social Media Executive to drive its online presence across entertainment and event platforms. You will develop and execute content strategies, engage audiences, and support brand growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish monthly content calendars and platform‑specific campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Write compelling copy and produce multimedia assets such as short‑form videos, graphics, carousels and interactive stories.
• Draft, design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns using the company’s email marketing platform.
• Identify growth opportunities, run tests on content formats and posting times, and optimise performance based on results.
• Cover live events, capture real‑time content, edit and publish quickly while maintaining brand standards.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments, messages and escalations promptly.
• Set up, monitor and optimise basic paid social campaigns to support reach and lead generation.
• Track metrics, analyse audience behaviour and produce concise performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience managing brand social media accounts and executing digital campaigns.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into practical content plans.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, adaptable tone across platforms.
• Proactive, organised and able to meet tight deadlines while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
