Social Media Executive Intern

About the role

We are hiring a Social Media Executive Intern for a 12‑month paid remote internship. The role sits at the intersection of social media management and social media marketing, offering hands‑on experience with client accounts, paid ads, performance tracking and simple graphic creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activity on client social media accounts (scheduling, posting, community engagement).
• Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social ads on Meta, Instagram, Facebook and similar platforms.
• Track basic ad and content performance metrics and help compile simple reports.
• Create light graphics for posts and stories using tools like Canva.
• Stay on top of platform trends and suggest content or ad ideas.
• Support the team with other social media and marketing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Basic familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social platforms.
• Comfortable using (or willing to quickly learn) tools like Canva for simple graphics.
• Good written communication skills.
• Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience with social media management or ads is a plus but not required.
