Social Media & Digital Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Digital Growth Manager to lead our online presence in Lagos. You will design data‑driven strategies that increase audience size, engagement and drive sales across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital growth strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create conversion‑focused content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Grow the brand’s online audience, visibility and community engagement.
• Manage social media pages, respond to customer inquiries, comments and direct messages promptly.
• Plan and run campaigns, promotions and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and optimise tactics.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven track record of audience growth, engagement and sales generation.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
