About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Associate to create high‑quality digital content and grow our presence across multiple social platforms. The role combines content production, campaign execution, and data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality digital content, including videos, graphics, and written materials.
• Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create and schedule compelling posts to drive awareness and user interaction.
• Ensure a seamless user experience and effective subscription process.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote and grow subscriptions.
• Provide insights to optimise marketing strategies and achieve goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience producing high‑quality videos, animations, and graphics (e.g., product demos, animated explainers).
• Success in executing digital marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and subscriptions.
• Advanced proficiency with graphics design and video editing software.
• Expertise in platform‑specific content creation (e.g., TikTok videos, LinkedIn posts).
• Creative storytelling to craft audience‑focused content.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and optimise strategies.
