Social Media Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Assistant to join our real‑estate team in Lagos. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to keep our online presence fresh, engaging and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, reels and stories.
• Support content planning and execution across all channels.
• Monitor comments, direct messages and audience engagement, responding where appropriate.
• Help produce photos, videos and captions using basic creative tools.
• Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, new features and best practices.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Social Media Manager on digital marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut (or similar creative tools).
