About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media and Content Creator to join Elevare Human Solutions Ltd in Lagos. The role focuses on producing engaging content, managing social channels, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to drive audience growth and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts, captions, graphics, reels, and short‑form videos across relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
• Execute social media campaigns aimed at increasing reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Support paid advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Track performance metrics and produce basic analytics reports.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and digitally savvy.
