Skilled Welders – Full‑Time Positions

About the role

We are seeking experienced welders to join our team on full‑time contracts. The role involves working on a variety of projects across mining, energy and industrial sites, requiring high standards of workmanship and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assigned welding tasks professionally and efficiently, following supervisor instructions.
• Operate, maintain and correctly use welding tools, machinery and related equipment.
• Report equipment faults, material shortages, safety concerns or any other issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas and comply with all company policies and health‑and‑safety requirements.

Required profile

• OND or equivalent technical qualification; trade certification or practical experience is a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant welding experience, preferably on construction, mining or industrial sites.
• Physically fit, reliable, punctual and safety‑conscious.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in field or remote locations.

Required skills

• Welding (MIG, TIG, Arc or equivalent processes).
• Operation and maintenance of welding tools and equipment.
