About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled baker to join our bakery team in Ilasamaja, Lagos. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of baked goods while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, pastries, and other bakery products.
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and visual appeal.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and report any shortages.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet daily production targets.
