Site Coordinator – Fixed-Term Call-Out Role

About the role
We are looking for a Site Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support for our project sites on a flexible, call‑out basis. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both onsite and remotely, and is initially offered as a three‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise site documentation, including timesheets, attendance records, permits and progress reports.
- Coordinate logistics such as material deliveries, staff support and other site‑specific needs.
- Prepare and distribute daily or weekly site progress reports and correspondence.
- Support project managers with scheduling, filing (both physical and electronic) and day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in site administration, office management or similar roles, preferably within fit‑out and design projects.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
