Showroom Sales Manager

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to lead our showroom operations, drive sales performance and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Attend to customers, present products, and prepare quotations.
- Generate leads and support business growth.
- Maintain attractive product displays and brand standards.
- Oversee orders, payments, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure showroom operations comply with company procedures.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design or a related field.
- 3–4 years experience in retail/showroom sales, preferably in furniture or home décor.
- Strong sales, customer relationship and team leadership abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary between NGN250,000 and NGN350,000.
