Showroom Manager – Retail

About the role

Our client, a leading consumer electronics and home appliances company, is looking for a Showroom Manager to lead its Abuja showroom operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth business activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Train, mentor and manage showroom staff to improve productivity and customer service.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying growth opportunities.
• Maintain an appealing visual display of products and ensure product demonstrations are effective.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns professionally.
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct stock audits and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and events.
• Prepare and present sales reports and insights to senior management.

Required profile

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in showroom management, preferably in electronics.
• Strong leadership, team management and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
