Services Field Sales Representative II

About the role

We are seeking a Services Field Sales Representative to help customers in Nigeria optimise operations, maximise asset performance, improve safety and reduce maintenance costs across the lifecycle of their equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships with end users, contractors, consultants and partners.
• Engage customers to understand project requirements, prepare estimates, support tender submissions and deliver professional quotations.
• Negotiate and close projects with support from technical experts and Service Operations teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system and provide accurate forecasting.
• Participate in customer events, trade shows and national campaigns to promote Schneider Electric services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience with LV/MV Switchgear, SCADA, Protection Relays, Drives, UPS, PLC, BMS or Digital Services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
