Service Operations Specialist

About the role

The Service Operations Specialist will ensure the health, availability, and performance of our systems by implementing robust monitoring solutions and responding swiftly to incidents. This role works closely with development and IT teams to drive reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to track system health, availability, performance, and reliability.
• Monitor system logs, metrics, alerts, and dashboards to identify performance issues and potential failures.
• Detect, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents promptly.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and services across relevant platforms.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tools.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in a related field.
• Experience in operations or IT service management.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
