Service Manager

About the role

The Service Manager will lead daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery across our retail and hospitality outlets in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate employee performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue business development and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee facility‑related operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, service management, hospitality, spa, salon, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Female candidates are preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and customer service capabilities.
