Senior Technical Sales Advisor – Subsea Intervention & Services

About the role

The Senior Technical Sales Advisor will lead global growth of subsea well intervention, decommissioning and strategic initiative orders. Reporting to the Global Subsea Services Sales and Commercial Director, you will work closely with customers and partners to design and sell innovative solutions that maximise offshore asset value.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture customer relationships, generate leads and pursue sales opportunities in the intervention, decommissioning and strategic initiative space.
• Partner with regional sales, commercial and technical leaders to develop competitive subsea service proposals.
• Lead the strategy and execution of Light Well Intervention, Fluid Intervention and other strategic deals from early engagement through award.
• Leverage Baker Hughes product lines and vessel partners to create integrated service solutions.
• Provide continuous technical and commercial support to customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong operational background in subsea intervention and decommissioning.
• Willingness to travel globally and engage with customers on site.
• Proven experience in technical sales within the oil & gas or subsea services sector.
• Ability to translate customer needs into innovative, commercially viable solutions.
