Senior Sales Executive (Power Generation)

About the role

JMG Limited is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to lead the sales of generator sets and power solutions in Abuja. The role focuses on building strong relationships with industrial, commercial and residential clients while delivering technical guidance and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities for generator sales and develop strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on generator sizing, specifications and product suitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and conduct site visits and feasibility assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years proven experience in generator or power‑solution sales with a strong customer network.
• Demonstrated success in selling diesel and gas generators.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of generator specifications, brands, power ratings and installation requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform load calculations and size generators.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
