Senior Sales Executive – Power Generation

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive (Power Generation) to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of generator sets and power solutions while building strong relationships with clients across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities for generator sales and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on generator sizing, specifications and product suitability.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience selling diesel/gas generators or industrial power solutions.
• Strong existing network in construction, industrial, telecom, real‑estate or energy sectors is preferred.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of generator specifications, brands, power ratings and installation requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, load calculations and perform generator sizing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
