Senior Product Manager – Trading Platform

About the role

We are looking for a senior product manager to own a core surface of Bayse’s prediction‑market platform. You will drive the end‑to‑end experience from the trading UI that users interact with daily to the underlying settlement, liquidity and compliance mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for your area, prioritising features against regulatory, liquidity and engineering constraints.
• Write clear specifications and decision documents that guide design and engineering without ambiguity.
• Conduct user discovery with traders, casual participants and market makers, analyse data and translate insights into a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, quant and operations teams to ship features and iterate based on performance metrics.
• Measure success through volume, liquidity depth, retention and trust metrics, and adjust strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of product management experience, preferably in fintech or trading platforms.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment and make trade‑off decisions under regulatory constraints.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes over output.
