Senior Key Accounts Manager (Nigeria)

About the role

Senior Key Accounts Manager responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, supporting enterprise sales teams, and driving verified revenue across an assigned portfolio of accounts in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of the assigned portfolio, supporting Enterprise Sales Executives and Sales Agents throughout the sales cycle to improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic accounts, conduct regular reviews and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding, resolve escalated concerns and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, drive contract renewals and reactivate dormant customers.
• Coach and support sales teams, share best practices and help overcome objections.
• Follow up on pending quotations, ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation and monitor accounts to minimize churn.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in key account management, enterprise sales or business development, preferably with B2B technology products.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high‑value customer relationships.

What we offer

• Probation period up to 3 months, performance‑based, with a USD 100 monthly facilitation during probation.
• Upon permanent appointment, gross monthly salary starting from USD 500 plus a USD 100 monthly facilitation.
• Regular salary reviews linked to growth in verified monthly recurring revenue, renewals and upsell performance.
