About the role
The Senior HR Officer will lead recruitment processes, oversee daily HR operations, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Drive day‑to‑day HR operations and deliver key deliverables for the senior HR function.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve strategic organizational goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, corporate policies and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor workflow performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement optimisation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, operational records and progress reporting.
Required profile
- Proven track record and experience in senior human resources roles.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law.
- Relevant degree, diploma or professional certification.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Proactive work ethic with strong attention to detail.
