Senior Ethical Hacker – Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior Ethical Hacker to strengthen the security of our fintech platforms. The role involves proactively identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring the protection of sensitive financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments, penetration tests, vulnerability scans and audits on systems, applications and networks.
• Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard financial information.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to remediate findings and promote secure coding practices.
• Stay current with emerging threats and cybersecurity technologies.
• Prepare detailed reports with recommendations and risk assessments.
• Assist in creating and maintaining security policies, procedures and best‑practice documentation.
• Deliver security awareness training for employees.
• Coordinate with external security vendors and manage third‑party risk assessments.
• Respond to security incidents, investigate root causes and mitigate impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing or a similar role, preferably in fintech.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP or OSCP are preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and the capacity to think like an attacker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Python, Java, C++ programming.
• Use of vulnerability scanners and penetration testing frameworks.
• Intrusion detection systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems and web technologies.
