Senior Digital Account Manager – Nigeria

About the role

The Senior Digital Account Manager will lead Direct CTV, OTT and digital advertising revenue generation across Nigeria and key West African anglophone markets. You will work with agencies and direct clients to grow display, video, sponsorship and branded content inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver Direct CTV and digital advertising revenue targets, covering display, video, sponsorship and branded content.
• Maintain a structured, accurate sales pipeline in the CRM with weekly updates and reviews.
• Build and sustain senior relationships with media agency groups, independent agencies and digital trading desks.
• Manage RFP responses, rate negotiations and preferred‑partner discussions.
• Develop and manage a direct client portfolio across commerce, telco, technology, auto, government, health and media verticals.
• Provide market intelligence on advertiser sentiment, agency trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations and coordinate seamless campaign execution with Ad Operations.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in media, broadcast or digital advertising, with a proven record of meeting revenue targets in Nigeria.
• Demonstrated success managing agency relationships and growing direct client accounts.
• Strong understanding of CTV and digital advertising products, audience targeting and campaign measurement.
• Experience operating in Nigeria and West African markets, familiar with local agency structures and advertiser behaviour.
