About the role

Aixept Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to drive growth in the IT & Telecom sector. You will identify high‑value target accounts, build relationships with senior decision‑makers, and turn prospects into active customers.

Key responsibilities

Identify and engage high‑value target accounts using your network, referrals and introductions.
Conduct structured discovery to understand prospects’ operations, pain points and buying processes, then position AiBiz accordingly.
Deliver tailored product demos and business presentations to owners, CEOs, MDs, GMs, Finance and Operations managers.
Maintain a qualified pipeline in the CRM with accurate stages, next steps and forecasts.
Negotiate proposals, agree commercial terms and close deals while handling objections.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure new accounts are onboarded and actively using AiBiz, and nurture relationships for referrals and upgrades.

Required profile

Minimum of 5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
At least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
