Senior Agribusiness Development and Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

Tolcrest Global Limited is looking for an experienced, commercially driven professional to establish, launch and grow its Produce Supply and Aggregation business in Nigeria. The role carries end‑to‑end responsibility for B2B customer acquisition, farmer network development, sourcing, logistics and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage B2B customers for produce supply.
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, outgrowers, cooperatives and suppliers.
• Oversee produce sourcing, aggregation, grading, packaging and quality‑control processes.
• Implement traceability systems and ensure compliance with food‑safety standards.
• Manage procurement, logistics, fulfilment and pricing to optimise margins.
• Design operating procedures, reporting systems and lead team development.
• Identify and develop approved processing, packaging and agricultural value‑chain opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of direct experience in produce aggregation, outgrower management or agricultural sourcing.
• Established network of farmers, aggregators and B2B food buyers in Nigeria.
• Demonstrated record of measurable commercial and operational results.
• Ability to work independently and deliver progress from day one.
