Salesforce Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Specialist to design, configure and optimise Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the platform supports efficient processes and delivers high‑quality data. You will stay updated on platform features, best practices and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, customise and optimise Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain objects, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards and integrations.
• Support implementation, system upgrades and new feature deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, system security, performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators and project teams.
• Provide user training, technical guidance and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Salesforce platforms and solutions.
• Relevant Salesforce certification required or strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving and technical skills.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, automation and CRM processes is an advantage.
