Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Sales Specialist to join a leading real‑estate organisation in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, generating new business opportunities and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive property sales and achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.
• Identify, prospect and convert qualified leads through referrals, networking and other business‑development initiatives.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections and client consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and successful deal closure.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real‑estate sales, property marketing or a similar client‑facing sales role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Sound understanding of the Nigerian real‑estate market and property transaction processes.
• Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate are an advantage.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of ₦400,000–₦500,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
