Sales Specialist

About the role

GCET Nigeria is seeking a senior Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for its IT managed services portfolio. You will work closely with pre‑sales engineers and customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across IT managed services, network infrastructure, cyber security and cloud solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and close customer orders.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales engineers to price products, submit quotes and ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to refine sales techniques.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports and performance updates to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure renewals and up‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the ICT services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in solution selling of IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
