Sales Representative – Retail Fashion

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join Topys Clothings in Port Harcourt. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right outfits while driving store sales. This role combines customer service, visual merchandising and daily cash handling in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs and suggest suitable clothing and accessories.
• Provide product information on fabrics, care instructions and sizing.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and promote ongoing promotions.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and handle exchanges or returns.
• Restock racks, fold garments, tag new inventory and maintain tidy fitting rooms.
• Monitor stock levels, report low‑stock items and assist with inventory checks.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer‑service role.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
