Sales Representative (Medical Equipment)

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive the promotion and sale of medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare institutions across Abuja and the Federal Capital Territory. You will build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, deliver product demonstrations and ensure after‑sales support, while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare institutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Abuja and the FCT.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Provide timely follow‑up on leads and deliver excellent after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Sciences or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment and the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Abuja and the Federal Capital Territory as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
