About the role

The Sales Representative will drive business growth for Capinta Consult Limited by identifying new customers, promoting services, and maintaining strong client relationships. This full‑time position focuses on generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets in the Port Harcourt & Marina area.

Key responsibilities

Identify and follow up on potential customers.
Promote and sell company products/services.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Meet assigned sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Handle customer enquiries professionally.

Required profile

3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Smart, confident, presentable, and result‑oriented.
Hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision.
