Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our manufacturing products to both prospective and existing customers in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and customer requests.
• Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial products, or related sector.
• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong customer relationship and selling skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and self‑motivated.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos market is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for sales and customer visits when required.

What we offer

• Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 monthly.
