About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Personnel to join our team in Port Harcourt. The role focuses on promoting Castel Resources' products and services, generating leads and building lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor customer needs and provide feedback to management.
- Support promotional and marketing activities where required.
Required profile
- OND or equivalent qualification.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident, hardworking, presentable and target‑driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and available to start promptly.
