Sales & Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to promote our upcoming School Management System to educational institutions worldwide. This fully remote position offers commission‑based earnings and a weekly allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with nursery, primary, secondary and tertiary institutions that could benefit from our School Management System.
• Generate leads, build a pipeline and contact decision‑makers such as principals, administrators and bursars.
• Present the product, arrange demonstrations and support conversion of prospects into paying customers.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets using social media, email, phone outreach and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities and conversions, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in sales, marketing, business development or customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify potential customers and confidently engage decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivation, consistency and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to track leads and follow up effectively.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, digital marketing, lead generation or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone or computer.
