Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for Kenex Konsults International. This role involves managing a team, building client relationships, and overseeing campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure team accountability.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective campaign execution.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and business engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a sales or marketing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
