Sales, Marketing & Brand Officer

About the role

Open Veil Charitable Foundation Farm is expanding its operations and seeks a proactive Sales, Marketing & Brand Officer to link farm produce with customers, businesses and markets across Ogun State.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for farm produce such as cucumber, tete, pawpaw and other crops.
• Identify and build relationships with wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, caterers and other potential buyers.
• Source new customers, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Coordinate with the farm team to align sales plans with harvest schedules and quantities.
• Support the creation of attractive packaging and ensure consistent branding across products.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and identify new revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, FMCG, agribusiness or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer acquisition skills.
• Proactive, target‑driven and commercially minded attitude.
• Ability to work independently, travel locally and hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Good understanding of the Ogun State market is an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary of N150,000 per month.
