About the role

PROSELL Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Phones & Accessories business in Nigeria. The role covers the full commercial cycle, from sourcing to final sale, and requires strategic decision‑making for the phone product line.

Key responsibilities

Take full ownership of the Phones & Accessories portfolio, overseeing purchasing, inventory, and sales.
Develop and execute purchasing and sales strategies aligned with market trends.
Guide the company on major phones‑related decisions and product selections.
Lead and motivate the Phones & Accessories sales team to achieve targets.
Manage relationships with local and international vendors and distributors.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of overall sales experience.
At least 5 years selling phones and accessories in Nigeria.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the phones & accessories sector.
Strong background in purchasing within the same market is a distinct advantage.
First‑degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
