Sales Executive (Travel Services)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business and manage client enquiries for a range of travel services, including flight bookings, visa support, hotel reservations and tour packages. Based in Lekki with a hybrid work arrangement, the role focuses on proactive market engagement and delivering seamless travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with new leads to generate travel business.
• Prepare and present tailored travel proposals, including flight, hotel, visa and tour package options.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate and individual customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for diverse client engagement.
• Basic knowledge of travel industry operations such as flight booking, hotel reservations, tour packaging and visa facilitation.
• Experience in lead generation, pipeline management and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple client requests.
• Proficiency with MS Office and comfort using digital communication platforms and online booking systems.
• Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or customer‑facing sales roles.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
