Sales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

Cove Real Estate and Construction is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive lead qualification, client acquisition and revenue growth across Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State region. The role involves launching new products, identifying client needs, and expanding the company's real estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
• Contact potential clients via cold calls & emails
• Increase client base and execute strategies for revenue growth
• Launch new products and identify client needs
• Pitch appropriate products to meet client requirements
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and monitor sales performance metrics

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in the banking or fintech industry (preferred)
• Strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals
• Research and strategic planning abilities
• Negotiation and persuasion expertise
• Strong managerial, analytical and commercial capabilities
• Conflict resolution and networking skills
• Extensive knowledge of real estate sales and marketing
• Energetic, self‑starter with a commercial mindset
