Sales Executive – Port Harcourt

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business growth for Castel Resources in the Port Harcourt and Rivers State region. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our manufacturing and warehousing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Present and promote company products and services effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND/OND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical or corporate sales is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
