Sales Executive – Lagos, Abuja, Anambra & Port Harcourt

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth across multiple Nigerian markets by generating high‑quality leads, securing orders and nurturing client relationships. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our engineering team, ensuring product solutions meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through visits, cold calls and follow‑up activities.
• Negotiate prices, close sales, arrange deliveries and manage order renewals.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services.
• Discuss equipment and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to understand and support customer requirements.
• Research, develop and adapt products to meet technical specifications.
• Provide post‑sale support, troubleshoot installed products and recommend upgrades.
• Collect client feedback, analyse data and propose new sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify improvement areas and communicate solutions to management.
• Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Train sales team members on technical aspects of the product portfolio.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in engineering, chemistry or chemical engineering is an advantage.
• Strong passion for meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Leadership and teamwork orientation.
