Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on-site in Lekki, driving revenue for Oneclick Africa by promoting its news aggregation services to advertisers and partners. This full‑time position focuses on prospecting, relationship management, and aligning solutions with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across the African media and advertising landscape.
• Present Oneclick Africa’s news aggregation platform and demonstrate advertising value.
• Manage a sales pipeline, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings and support marketing initiatives.
• Report regularly on sales activities, forecasts and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in media, advertising or digital services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities with diverse clients.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills to meet targets and manage a pipeline.
• Comfort with basic CRM tools, sales reporting and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Knowledge of the African media landscape and interest in news or digital content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
