Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through various sales and marketing channels.
• Promote and market available properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ property needs and recommend suitable options.
• Arrange and conduct property inspections and viewings for prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert enquiries into sales.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Stay informed about property listings, market trends, and developments within the Abuja real estate market.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Abuja and its real estate market (advantage).
• Ability to use social media and other digital platforms for lead generation (plus).

What we offer

• Salary: NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
• Additional commission based on sales performance.
