About the role

Titan Sales Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Banking, Finance & Insurance sector. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimise approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in consumer products or service‑driven industries.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
