Sales Executive

About the role

Valjes Properties is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive property sales in Lagos. You will generate leads, nurture client relationships and close deals while contributing to the growth of our real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and business development through networking, referrals, cold calling and digital platforms.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on inquiries from property listings, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct property inspections, site visits and present features, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare sales documentation and ensure timely closure of transactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide regular sales reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in real‑estate development, focusing on house sales.
• Strong communication, writing and negotiation abilities with deep understanding of the real‑estate market.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
