Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive corporate business for our hospitality facilities in Port Harcourt and the surrounding region. You will be responsible for generating new revenue streams by promoting our hotel rooms, long‑stay packages, meeting spaces and event venues to a range of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities across oil & gas, construction, banking, telecom, government, and healthcare sectors.
• Visit target organisations regularly and build relationships with administration, procurement, HR, logistics and travel coordinators.
• Promote room bookings, long‑stay accommodation packages, meeting rooms, conference facilities and event spaces.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, telephone calls and direct visits.
• Prepare and deliver corporate presentations and proposals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly sales reports.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and business meetings to raise the hotel’s profile.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while monitoring competitor activities and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, hotel sales or related sectors.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary between NGN 70,000 and NGN 150,000.
• Performance‑based commission.
