About the role

The Sales Executive will join the pre‑opening team of Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja and drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s products and services. This position focuses on achieving sales targets, securing corporate and group bookings, and enhancing the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing accounts, inquiries, and client requests.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and events with clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking inquiries professionally.
  • Track sales performance reports and prepare weekly/monthly updates.
  • Liaise with Front Office, Events, and Reservations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales or administrative support (hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
