About the role
Sarcina Concierge Service is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to become the commercial engine of its premium travel and lifestyle concierge business in Lagos. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting high‑net‑worth individuals and corporations to closing bookings and ensuring post‑service satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new individual and corporate client bookings through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales process—from first contact to signed booking and post‑service follow‑up.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, embassies, and travel managers.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline of at least ₦3 million at all times.
- Respond to inbound inquiries within one hour and achieve a conversion rate of 25% or higher.
- Develop off‑peak revenue strategies to sustain bookings from February to October.
- Represent Sarcina at a minimum of two networking or industry events each month.
- Prepare polished, on‑brand proposals and pitches tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless client handoffs and provide weekly pipeline reports to the CEO.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of proven sales experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle services.
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with specific numbers available on request.
- Strong network within Lagos’s corporate, expatriate, or high‑net‑worth communities.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑management, and professional presentation skills.
- Lagos‑based and available for full‑time, onsite work.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
